To promote financial inclusion to millions of NSSF members, National Social Security Fund and Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training collaborated with Canadia Bank to introduce New Generation NSSF Member Card: "NSSF Smart Card" featuring new card design available in both Physical and Virtual Card offering 3 functions in one single card allowing cardholder to present identification of NSSF Membership and Employment Card, and also feature as a Bank Card (CSS Card) allowing user to perform banking transaction including cash withdrawal and deposit across Canadia Bank ATMs nationwide and CSS Branded ATMs ; or make payment via CSS partnered Merchants.

Every new registered NSSF Member can apply NSSF Smart Card with Canadia Bank while existing registered NSSF member can also convert their existing NSSF card to NSSF Smart Card free of charge.

How to Apply a New Card at NSSF Office: (for New Member Registration or Existing Member Card Conversion)‍

• Step 1: Visit NSSF Office near you
• Step 2: Follow further instruction from NSSF staff and fill in required forms (if any)
• Step 3: Go to Canadia Bank Counter at NSSF Branch
• Step 4: Follow further instruction from our bank staff
• Step 4: Receive your NSSF Smart Card and Activate Card via POS machine
• Step 5: Download Canadia Mobile Banking App link to your card and easily manage your account

‍How to Apply a New Card via NSSF Member App: (only for Existing Member Card Conversion)‍

• Step 1: Go to NSSF Member App, Login using your NSSF Member credential
• Step 2: Select Convert NSSF Card
• Step 3: Fill in required information and follow further instruction
• Step 4: Go to any selected NSSF offices and visit Canadia Bank counter
• Step 5: Redeem your NSSF Smart Card and Activate via POS machine
• Step 6: Download Canadia Mobile Banking App link to your card and easily manage your account.
