How to Receive via Canadia Bank App:

• Step 1: Log in to Canadia Bank App
• Step 2: Click Transfer
• Step 3: Choose to Overseas Bank
• Step 4: Click on MoneyGram Transfer
• Step 5: Tap on Receive Money
• Step 6: Enter 8-digit codes
• Step 7: Select your account
• Step 8: Read and agree to the terms and conditions and click Continue

How to Receive via Canadia Bank Branch:

• Step 1: Visit Canadia Bank branch nearest to your location
• Step 2: Get the 8 digits Reference Number from the sender
• Step 3: Bring along with the original and valid National ID/Passport/ Driving License/Government ID for Cambodian
• Step 4: Bring along the original valid Passport with a valid visa for foreigners
• Step 3: Complete the MoneyGram receive application form, and you will get the money‍

How to Send via Canadia Bank Mobile App:

• Step 1: Login Canadia Bank App
• Step 2: Click on Transfer
• Step 3: Choose to Overseas Bank
• Step 4: Click on MoneyGram Transfer
• Step 5: Tap on Send Money
• Step 6: Complete the information
• Step 7: Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Click Continue
• Step 8: Complete the receiver information
• Step 9: Click Continue to complete the transaction
• Step 10: Share the 8 digits Reference Number* to Receiver

How to Send via Canadia Bank Branch:

• Step 1: Visit the Canadia Bank branch which is the nearest to your location
• Step 2: Bring along with the original and valid National ID/Passport/ Driving License/Government ID for Cambodian
• Step 3: Bring along the original valid Passport with a valid VISA for Foreigner
• Step 4: Your recipient's full name matching their ID and their location
• Step 5: The amount you wish to send, plus fees
• Step 6: Customers can ask to send money through MoneyGram service to many countries with four options: to cash pick up, to bank account, to wallet and to home delivery. The information requirements of each option are based on the receiver country*
• Step 7: You will get 8 digits Reference Number to provide to the receiver
• Step 8: After 10 minutes the money is ready to collect.
• Step 9: Complete the ‘MoneyGram Sending Request’ form with terms and conditions, you may also include a free 10-word message on the form.

Note:‍

• Customers must have a full-KYC Canadia Bank account.
• Teen and EZ Accounts are not eligible for MoneyGram send or receive transactions.
• The Reference Number is valid for 90 days and you can find it in the transaction history in the account tab of the Canadia Bank App
• Customers are allowed to do 5 transactions per day with a maximum daily limit of USD 10,000.

• Amendment/Cancellation fee is free of charge.
• Fill in the Amend/Cancel form and bring it to the nearest Canadia Bank branch immediately.

MoneyGram Standard for Send and Receive Limit from/to other countries

• Send or receive up to USD 10,000 per transaction
• Send or receive up to USD 100,000 in 12 months
• Additional restrictions by the recipient country may apply.
