How to Open a Savings Account on Canadia Bank App:

• Step 1: Open your Canadia Bank App.
• Step 2: Click on "New Account."
• Step 3: Click on "Open Savings Account."
• Step 4: Select the Account You Want to Transfer Funds From.
• Step 5: Select Currency.
• Step 6: Input Amount.
• Step 7: Review the Terms and Conditions.
• Step 8: Click "Continue."
• Step 9: Verify your information, then click "Submit."

How to Open a Savings Account at the Branch:

• Step 1: Visit any Canadia Bank branch nearest you.
• Step 2: Fill out the application form.
• Step 3: Show your Cambodian National ID (NID) or passport and prepare the minimum initial deposit.
• Step 4: Download the Canadia Bank App to easily manage your savings account.

How to Open an Account via Virtual Teller Machine:

• Step 1: Select Account Opening and follow the instruction.
• Step 2: Click "Yes" to connect with a customer service representative (remote teller) if needed.
• Step 3: Place the National ID or Passport into the scanner.
• Step 4: Input your personal details as prompted.
• Step 5: Capture photos and select "Next" if satisfied.
• Step 6: Scan the finger three times, then click "Next."
• Step 7: Complete the electronic signature, then clicks "Next."
• Step 8: Review all the entered information again. If everything is correct, click "Next."
• Step 9:  Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click "Next."
• Step 10: Choose your account currency type and clicks "Next."
• Step 11: Enter the verification code (OTP) sent to your phone number via SMS, then clicks "Next."
• Step 12: Your account has been successfully opened.
